Terms and Conditions: "Buy 70mai Dash Cam & Win Proton e.MAS 5"

1. Introduction

The "Buy 70mai Dash Cam & Win Proton e.MAS 5" (hereinafter referred to as "Contest") is jointly organized by 70mai Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "70mai"), a company incorporated in China, and DM Dasher Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 201401042171) (hereinafter referred to as "Dasher"), the sole distributor of 70mai incorporated in Malaysia. 70mai and Dasher are collectively referred to as "the Organiser" in this Contest.

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to all individual customers of the Organiser who meet the following criteria (collectively referred to as "the Eligible Customers"):

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old or above during the Contest Period.

  • Must be a citizen of Malaysia or an individual lawfully resident in Malaysia with a valid pass, permit, or visa.

  • Have purchased one or more Eligible Product (defined below) from an Authorised Sales Channel (defined below) between 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

  • Have successfully registered and connected the Eligible Products in the official 70mai Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "70mai App") between 1 January 2026 at 00:00:00 (GMT+8) to 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

The following persons SHALL NOT be eligible to participate:

  • Directors, permanent, and contract employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and/or related companies) and their direct family members (i.e., spouse, children, and parents).

  • Any vendors, suppliers, contractors, and third parties directly involved in organising, managing, and fulfilling this Contest.

3. Contest Period

  • Announcement Date: 25 May 2026

  • Entry Window Closes:31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8) (referred to as "the Contest Period").

  • The Contest is open only to Eligible Customers with a valid purchase and successful registration within the timeframe outlined above.

4. Eligible Products

The following 70mai dashcam models available for sale through Authorised Sales Channels in Malaysia are eligible for entry into this Contest:

Note: The Organiser reserves the right to amend the list of Eligible Products from time to time during the Contest Period, including the addition of newly launched models. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on 70mai.my and the 70mai App.

Express Exclusions:

The following products do not qualify for entry:

  • Accessories (including but not limited to UP04 4G Hardwire Kit, UP03 Hardwire Kit, parking cables, rear cameras sold separately, and SD memory cards).

  • 70mai products other than dashcams (e.g., tyre inflators, jump starters, car vacuum cleaners, etc.).

  • Products NOT purchased from an Authorised Sales Channel.

  • Second-hand or pre-owned purchases.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product and source of purchase. Participants may be required to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshots, receipts, invoices, or transaction records). Failure to provide satisfactory proof shall result in disqualification.

6. How to Enter the Contest

To participate, Eligible Customers must execute the following steps:

  1. Purchaseone or more Eligible Products during the Contest Period.

  2. Downloadthe official 70mai App (available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store).

  3. Create or log into a 70mai App account.

  4. Register and activatethe Eligible Product by connecting it to the 70mai App.

  5. Complete registrationno later than 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

  • Each Eligible Product successfully registered entitles the user to one (1) lucky draw entry.

  • There is no maximum limit to the number of entries an individual can accumulate (e.g., buying and registering 3 Eligible Products equals 3 entries).

  • In the event of technical app issues, customers may contact customer service live chat at https://70mai.myor the official e-commerce store platforms for alternative arrangements.

7. Contest Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or vouchers, and will only be given to verified Winners.

  • Prize images used in marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value.

  • The Grand Prize is awarded on an "as-is" basis without insurance. The manufacturer's warranty terms shall apply.

8. Selection and Notification of Winners

  • Selection Process:Winners will be selected via an automated random selection system.

  • Draw Date:On or before 15 January 2027. The process may be livestreamed (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live) for transparency.

  • Notification:The winner will be contacted via the email address registered in the 70mai App.

  • Response Window:If the drawn winner fails to respond within ten (10) working days, the Organiser will draw a new winner.

  • Claim Period: The Grand Prize Winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of confirmation, failing which will result in automatic forfeiture.

Documents Required to Claim Prize:

  • Original MyKad / passport or valid identification document.

  • Proof of purchase (original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

  • The registered 70mai dashcam device for physical verification (if requested).

  • Any other documents reasonably requested by the Organiser.

9. General Terms and Conditions

  • Modifications:The Organiser reserves the right, upon giving reasonable notice, to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate this Contest without giving rise to any claim or compensation.

  • Liability:The Organiser is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to participation, nor defaults due to Force Majeure events (acts of God, war, riot, server down-time, etc.).

  • Governing Law:These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

  • Disqualification:The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering or fraudulent behavior.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by the Organiser in accordance with the Privacy Notice available at https://www.70mai.comand https://70mai.my. Data may be utilized for:

  1. The administration of this Contest.

  2. Marketing and Promotional Activities (including publication of names, interview responses, or photos across advertising media, social platforms, and print without further compensation).
